Common questions
How long does production really take?
Usually 24 to 48 hours once the briefing is complete. When we are booked out we come back to you beforehand with a firm delivery date – we don't promise turnaround times we can't keep.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Every order includes one free round of revisions: the edit, the order of the shots, music, on-screen text or the colour look. Any further rounds are billed by the time they take, and we tell you the cost up front.
What usage rights do I get?
You get the rights to use the finished video without limits on time or territory – web, social media, trade fairs and paid ads. The rights to the photos you send us stay with you.
What if I don't like the video?
Then we rework it in the round of revisions that comes with every order. If the result still demonstrably falls short of the briefing we agreed on, we refund what you paid for the order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and on request an invoice for companies in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. A no-obligation enquiry needs no payment details at all. All prices include Swiss VAT (8.1%); the invoice shows it as a separate item.
How safe are the photos I upload?
Your files are used for your video and nothing else. Generation runs on our own infrastructure on servers in Europe: your photos never reach outside AI providers and are never used to train anyone else's models. Once the job is done we delete them if you ask us to. For business customers we provide a data processing agreement (DPA) on request.
